Top Maoist Leader Allegedly Involved in Plot Against PM Modi Dies in Ranchi

A top Maoist leader, M. K. R. Sharma, allegedly linked to a plot to assassinate Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has died of a heart attack in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Sharma was a central committee member of the banned Communist Party of India (Maoist).
