Jammu and Kashmir: Mubarak Gul’s Prophecy of State’s Reorganisation Recalled

Senior National Conference leader Mubarak Gul had accurately predicted the abrogation of Article 370 and the division of Jammu and Kashmir into Union Territories a day before the events of August 5, 2019. This was recalled by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah during a legislative session.
