Jammu: Laws on Land, Districts Can Be Enacted Without Statehood, Says Mehbooba Mufti

Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti asserted that governments in Union Territories can enact laws on land and districts without statehood. She also called for regularization of daily wagers and re-examination of SRO-related issues.
