Introducing flutpak - automating Flathub submission for Flutter apps

There is a flatpak-flutter project already which a bunch of Flutter apps on Flathub are successfully using. I suggest collaborating with them in this effort. I would normally highlight community projects in the readme here GitHub - flatpak/flatpak-builder-tools: Various helper tools for flatpak-builder · GitHub once there are some submissions or apps use it, but looking at your repo it is made using Claude which means I have to review it fully… Anyway, if you want it to be added to the readme there feel free to open a PR with some examples of which apps are using it, then we can consider what to do there.
