Can not install qt-up on Sparky Linux 9 -debean based- via flathub

I have tried several times, but the flathub link doesn’t work. I tried using net.davidotek.pupgui2.flatpakref, but my file manager does not give me the option to execute it. I tried to install the Flatpak system, but apt says it is already installed.
