Can't open a Pull Request on the new-pr branch

Hi,

I’m a new GitHub user (my code is hosted on Codeberg) and I created an account only to be able to open a Pull Request to get my app on FlatHub.

When I try to open the PR against the Flathub’s new-pr branch I get this error:

An owner of this repository has limited the ability to open a pull request from new users.

I will introduce my app.
