If it is not already clear, the requirements are there, if they aren’t followed or if we determine a submission is not fit to be accepted, it won’t be. You don’t repeatedly get to pester other people and try to force your way through the process. If you feel that you don’t want to follow them for your app, you can publish elsewhere, under your own terms.
