Flatpak request for Zordeer

I discovered something: the problem with Proton/UMU and the Document Portal involves the Working Directory.

I’ll try to summarize.

If the Working Directory was a Document Portal folder, like /run/flatpak/doc/a4579f88/, then it worked normally. But if it was a folder accessed via the Document Portal, like /run/flatpak/doc/a4579f88/ChainedEchoes/, then it caused execution problems.

I made a change in Zordeer to solve this, but I don’t know if this might cause any problems later.

In this case, I’m only considering the use of .exe installers running on a prefix that Zordeer has direct access to.
