Question about review status for Flathub submission #8091

I am new to Flatpak submission and I have a submission open for org.sinzala.silori:

The aim of this application is to let users take screenshots. It has been open for around three days, and I just wanted to check whether there is any obvious issue on my side or whether it is simply waiting in the normal review queue.
As far as I can tell, the automated checks on the PR are passing, and I have already prepared the required submission files, screenshots, video, and extra-data setup for the app.
I am not trying to rush the review. I just wanted to make sure there is no missing requirement or problem that I should address.
