"textContent": "In this series, I'll be using PLIVE-, Prospect Live's other secret weapon (which all MVP and Hall of Fame subscribers have access to), to uncover the next breakout prospects before anyone else. This particular article highlights potential SP with interesting traits and characteristics, but not necessarily must-roster players in most leagues. If you're looking for an immediate pickup, I'd recommend a hitter from this week's PLIVE+ list or a pitcher mentioned in a previous iteration of this series. Follow me @high_upside on X, and I'll be back Tuesday with next week's hitting prospects.\n\n## Age to Level Standouts\n\n### Junior Sanchez, RHP, ARI\n\n _20 yo, High-A; 5% rostered on Fantrax; PL- year/career 98/80 (-8.0 monthly change)_\n\nThe 5’10 RHP is displaying considerably more strikeout potential than he has previously in his career, with 35 K and 6 BB in 23.1 IP. Sanchez sits in the mid-90s with his heater, but I’m not sure if he’ll be able to hold that velocity deep into starts. He’s currently sporting a 30% K-BB and a 1.54 ERA (1.56 FIP). The RHP is a big mover on our monthly PLIVE- leaderboard.\n\n### Ramon Marquez, RHP, PHI\n\n _20 yo, Single-A; 2% rostered on Fantrax; PL- year 87_\n\nHe’s only pitched 4 (fantastic) innings this season, but Marquez was already an interesting prospect. He’s sporting identical 56.3 K% and whiff% this season, along with a 27.7% CSW. Even when he throws strikes, he’s tough to hit, with a 57.9% zone contact (27.7% swinging strike rate overall). The 6’2 RHP was already throwing 5 pitches with 96 or better TJStuff+ grades last year as a 19-year-old.\n\n### Franklin Gomez, LHP, CLE\n\n _20 yo, High-A; 1% rostered on Fantrax; PL- year/career 99/88 (-3.3 monthly change)_\n\nPhoto Credit: mlb.com\n\nGomez is succeeding at a pretty aggressive assignment for his age. Through 27.2 High-A IP, he’s struck out 32 and walked 8 with a 1.95 ERA (2.80 FIP). His stuff is currently below-average, but he throws 5 pitches, including a decent changeup. The Guardians acquired him from the Mets for IFA money.\n\n### This post is for subscribers only\n\nBecome a member to get access to all content\n\nSubscribe now",
