"textContent": "### Rankings notes\n\nJacob Gonzalez (251-> 208) continues to impress\n\nFelnin Celsten (100->98) just keeps hitting and is producing the numbers to match my excitement. Not a big rise because I already had him fairly high\n\nHenry Bolte (135-> 70) can be a superstar if he just doesn’t hit so many ground balls.\n\nYoeilin Cespedes (250->214) is pulling the ball in the air at a high rate, increasing his extra-base hits.\n\n3 Up 3 Down - Prospects LiveProspects LiveTom Gates\n\n## 3 Up\n\n### Edwin Arroyo, (Triple-A) SS CIN\n\nPhoto Credit: mlb.com\n\n _2026 stats: .346/.415/.588, 7 HR, 5 SB, 9% BB, 15% K_\n\n _April Rank: 438_\n\n _New Rank: 125_\n\nArroyo came into the league after being drafted by the Mariners in 2021. His defense was his carrying tool, but his other tools didn’t lag that far behind. He was traded to Cincinnati in 2022, and as fantasy managers, we welcomed that move. As a 19-year-old in High-A, Arroyo hit 13 home runs, stole 29 bases, hit .248, and only struck out 21% of the time. But the momentum stalled heading into 2024, as Arroyo had to undergo shoulder surgery and missed the entire year.\n\n**Why the bump up?**\n\nAfter a mediocre year in 2025, Arroyo appears fully healthy and back to providing us with plenty of stats. He’s 22 years old at Triple and putting up some of his best numbers.\n\n> Edwin Arroyo's 2026 start has been very intriguing. A .322/.398/.524 slash with a .922 OPS, he has 5 HR at AAA as a 22-year-old, compared to his 3 in AA over 120 games last year.\n>\n> SLG is currently up over 150 points from last year, while running an 81% Contact%, & 9.6 SwStr%. pic.twitter.com/jyzQBuihu4\n>\n> — Tobey Schulman (@tschulmanreport) May 8, 2026\n\nHe’s doing it by making a lot of contact and having a high air-pulled rate. The exit velocity numbers are below average. His average EV is 87 mph, and his max is only at 106 mph, but he’s only whiffing 20% of the time, and that number is cut in half when the ball is in the zone. While I wish the exit velocity numbers were higher, Arroyo will get the bump at Great American Ball Park. I look at Coors Field and GABP like this- I don’t need someone who can hit a 500-foot home run there. Just give me someone who can make a lot of contact, and the ballpark will provide the boost. The Reds are a disaster right now. Noelvi Marte has been demoted to the minors. Ke’Bryan Hayes and Matt McLain haven’t shown anything with the bat this year. If this continues, Arroyo has a couple of avenues to get a chance in the majors.\n\n## Sign up for Prospects Live\n\nYour one stop shop for Dynasty Fantasy Baseball, MLB Draft, Baseball Card & MiLB Baseball content.
