"textContent": "After seeing the game (or whatever that was) in Berkeley, I headed down to The Farm to watch Clemson and Stanford the next day. This game has lost a lot of the preseason hype with both schools tripping up well before they would have hoped. It was a close one for a while, then Clemson pulled away late and won 9-3, after Stanford’s decision to do a Friday bullpen game backfired at the end.\n\nAidan Knaak had a nice day fighting through what’s been a difficult season, but the main notables in the field were 2027 Draft hopefuls, which was a nice prep for a piece I am working on for that class.\n\n### **RHP Aidan Knaak (6’/205, ‘26 Eligible, Age in July ‘26: 21.8)**\n\n_5 IP, 5 H, 3R, 2 ER, BB, 7 K, 95 P, 65 S, 14 W, 3 GB_\n\nAidan Knaak was the feature ‘26 player on the field and cruised through 5 innings before running into some trouble in the 6th. He’s in his third year starting for Clemson in the ACC and had an impressive and extensive track record coming into the season, but 2026 has been a bit of a down year for the righty.\n\n### This post is for subscribers only\n\nBecome a member to get access to all content\n\nSubscribe now",
