Clemson has a big opportunity to capture this momentum this weekend as they travel to Charlottesville to take on #12 Virginia.\n\n### ‼️ Luke Hemric, LHP North Carolina State (Atlantic Coast)\n\n4 IP, 2 H, 2 BB, 7 K\n\nNC State kept things rolling with a 10-3 win over fellow Carolina foe, East Carolina. It was the lefty freshman Luke Hemric, who has solidified his role as the midweek arm for the Wolfpack, especially as they sort things out with the unfortunate injury to Jacob Dudan. Hemric went 4 shutout innings, striking out 7, and only allowing 2 hits and walks each. Hemric has had a slightly chaotic season on the mound with a high BB%, but is also flashing premier strikeout stuff with 30.2K% on the season.
