NEW: PLive Rankings & Manager

We're extremely excited to release our new dynasty tools PLive Rankings and PLive Manager. There has been a lot of hard work behind the scenes and we're grateful to be able to release this in beta before the first game of the regular season is played.

For current subscribers, you likely know about everything in the PLIVE+ App Suite. The fantasy prospect rankings, the dynasty rankings, the league analyzer, etc. This is the first of many releases in transitioning away from that set up and into future that always for more customization and less pain points.

This will house the following moving forward:

  • Top 600+ Fantasy Prospects
  • Top 1500+ Dynasty Players
  • PLIVE+ & OOPSY Peak Projections
  • Open Universe Ranks (coming soon)

Fantrax Sync

The real power of both tools comes from the Fantrax Sync where once you sync your Prospects Live account with Fantrax, it'll know your leagues moving forward. Do this first if you haven't already.

Player Research

In all lists, clicking a player's name will now pop-over the player profile so you can do research without leaving the page.

Navigate to all Tools

In all of our tools, hit the little dropdown at the top and select between PLive Manager, PLive Rankings and PLive Playing Time

Fantasy Prospects

Aka the Top 600+ Fantasy Prospects

Fantrax Integration

  • Immediately you'll see if players are taken (yellow), free agents (green check) or if you roster them (blue star) in the first column. Click a player line and see what team in your league rosters the player.
  • Positions are automatically detected from your Fantrax league across all lists

Filters

  • Next to Fantrax team selection: FA/Your Team/FA+Your Team/Other teams in your league
  • Player filters: Position, level, age, Team, ETA, Attributes (click on a player line to see attributes)
  • List Filters: Tier, Rank range, high/low ranker and more

Default Settings

  • Don't like the Var column conditionally highlighted? Want that for Age or another numeric column instead? Click the gear icon in the top left to change a host of options. (Comment with requests)

Dynasty Rankings

Aka the Top 1600+ Dynasty Ranks

Live Updates

  • With this release, the dynasty rankings have been updated and moving forward they will be live updated. This means as a player gets injured, or there is a major shift in value, changes will be made and reflected immediately.
  • The Release dropdown that says "Mar 2026" will display the last rankings saved in that release month.

Custom Rankings

  • The dynasty ranks now save your league settings and custom rankings and display those by default... But FIRST you must calculate and edit your league settings in PLIVE Manager (scroll down for details)

Filters & Default Settings

  • Similar to the Fantasy Prospects, there are player filters and default settings for conditional highlighting that can be set.

PLIVE+ & OOPSY Peak Projections

Filters

  • Data filters tab allows you to select ranges of data to create custom lists of peak projections. For example: choose 20+ HR, 10+ SB with PLIVE+ under 130
  • Above the Player and Data Filters you'll see the default selection to only display hitters. You can change to view graduated players only, or both combined.
  • Select either Hitters or Pitchers right above the table. For pitchers, you now select RP in the Player Filters

PLIVE+ Color Coding

  • The color coding of the 3 PLIVE+ columns is new and helps group the players into tiers. It also helps to see how a player is valued by the 3 different models, full vs. Year Only and No Regression.
    • Elite for 160+ (Blue)
    • Great is 140-159 (Green)
    • Above Replacement is 120-139 (Yellow)
    • Replacement is 100-120 (White)
    • Below Replacement is below 100 (Red)

PLIVE Manager

PLive Manager acts as the fantasy manager's control center and currently houses the League Evaluator from the PLIVE+ App Suite. It's currently broken down into 4 sections:

  • Overview - quick glance for your league - to be expanded soon
  • League - where the League Evaluator sits and where to set Custom Dynasty Values
  • Roster - a quick view at your roster and depth chart with team comparisons
  • Settings - showing details about your league - also to be expanded soon

View PLive Manager

Overview

Quick overivew

  • Shows your standing place and total points or record depending on the league.
  • Let's you know if you've already calculated Custom Dynasty Values for this league.

Player Notes

  • Displays notes from PLive Playing Time for players on your roster.
  • Soon, new dynasty notes and daily sheet entries will also be included.

A lot more will be built out here in the future.

League - Team Rankings

This was previously the League Evaluator, now we're just calling it Team Rankings

  • See your the total dynasty value and hitter/pitcher breakdown for both MLB players and prospects.
  • This only adds positive value players from your dynasty rankings

League - Custom Dynasty Values

This is where the magic happens.

Default Settings

Before diving in, it's important to understand that the default dynasty rankings are constructed with the following settings in mind, so any league:

  • 15 teams
  • 1 C, 14 hitter slots, 9 pitcher slots
  • Standard category 5x5 with OBP instead of AVG

League Settings

  • The tool automatically detects the following:
    • Number of teams in your league
    • Active hitter slots, catcher slots, pitcher slots
    • Bench depth and minor depth broken down by hitter/pitcher by who is actually rostered in your specific league
  • Custom settings are offered to adjust:
    • Prospects as a group up or down
    • Pitching budget (defaults to 31%)
    • Catchers as a group up or down

Hitting Categories

  • Your hitting categories are automatically detected and displayed.
  • The tool then highlights any of the following to make adjustments to the values:
    • AVG, OBP, SLG, OPS
  • If a league has more than 5 hitting categories, it will correctly weight any of those adjustments. It'll also make a SB adjustment that decrease SB value for leagues with more than 5 hitting categories.

Hit Calculate

  • After hitting "calculate" it will display some adjustment values. If you have questions about specifics, feel free to reach out in the comments or by email or Discord.
  • A table of the new rankings and the specific adjustments made will display underneath.

Roster

Roster View

  • Get a quick view of your team with the slot they occupy, the specific position eligibility, their dynasty rank, value, prospect rank and PLIVE+ value.
  • From the dropdown in the top right, compare your team to another.

Depth View

  • Split it out by position to see how your depth looks.
  • See the comparison selection compared to another team below:

Settings

  • See the depth of your league and compare how many reserves and minors you have broken out by hitters and pitchers compared to the average team in your league.
  • Also view the League scoring
  • More coming to the Settings tab in the future

Future Development

PLive Manager will only grow from here. There are some noticeable things missing that we want to ensure will be coming soon:

  • Trade tools (analyzer, matchmaker)
  • View to see rankings and other details across all leagues
  • Points league calculations for custom dynasty values and more settings adjustments
  • Overview tab overhaul that will include full league standings and much more
