Each of the three Seminole pitchers allowed a walk in their outing, and the starter, Cooper Whited, allowed him to come around and score, but that did not stop the collective pitching staff from completing the no-no, combining for 9Ks. Florida State also contributed at the plate with a total team effort, but 1B Myles Bailey led the way with a double and a homer in a 4-RBI game. Bailey had an RBI Double in the first, then added a towering 3-run homer to RF in the sixth. That’s 9 HRs for the hulking lefty, and he has been showing a far more patient approach as pitchers continue to pitch around him. He is a 2026-eligible player who is on the fringe of a Day 1 prospect.
