We're excited to launch our 2nd new site feature this week - PLive Playing Time! The aim is for the tool to be a go-to resource for lineups, rosters and more, built with fantasy integration & information in mind.

Here's what you can find inside the tool:

Projected Batting Orders

We've brought on Mike Kurland to tackle his passion in projecting lineups and he'll be constantly tinkering with batting orders and roles.

• View projected batting orders vs RHP and vs LHP
• View projected bench bats
• Player names click out to their player pages

Player Roles

In each batting order the player has a role. The options you'll see are "Everyday Regular", "Majority Regular", "Strong Platoon", "Weak Platoon", "Part-Time and "Bench/Emergency."

• Everyday Regular: expect to play everyday against that handed pitcher.
• Majority Regular: plays consistently, but gets more days off than an everyday regular.
• Strong Platoon: plays everyday against RHP, on the bench vs LHP.
• Weak Platoon: plays everyday against LHP, on the bench vs RHP.
• Part-Time: Plays about half the time against that hand. In the projected lineup means they get the first nod to play vs other Part-Time players on the bench.
• Bench/Emergency: Only plays sparingly.
• Platoons and Part-Time roles are highlighted.

Notes

To give context to the projected lineups we have clickable note icons that will pop up with a quick read.

• Note icons are colored based on when the note was written. Red means in the last 48 hrs, yellow in the last week and no-color means they have had a note at some point.

Historical Starts

Clicking on a player row will expand to show the last 7 team games and if the player started it will display lineup spot and starting position. A lot more will get added here over time!

Fantrax Integration

Just like in our new player pages, PLive Playing Time syncs with your Fantrax leagues!

• If a player is rostered by another team it will show an orange dot.
• If you roster the player it displays a blue star.
• If a player is available on FA or waivers it'll show a green check.

Future Expansion

This is just the start of the PLive Playing Time tool and we look forward to a ton of additional information being added. On the roadmap is:
