"textContent": "The cameras won’t stop rolling for Real Salt Lake defender DeAndre Yedlin after the final whistle.\n\nYedlin and his family will star in their own eight-episode reality series, “Home Grown: Investing in Family,” produced by DAZN’s Team Whistle and sponsored by Robinhood. The first episode of the series was released on YouTube Thursday.\n\nYedlin, who played in two World Cups for the U.S., was traded to Real Salt Lake in August 2025.\n\nThe series will follow the lives of Yedlin, his wife, Crystal Yedlin, and their two children, Seneca and Roselle, giving fans “a unique look into DeAndre’s inner circle including appearances from fellow USMNT stars,” according to the press release.\n\nDeAndre Yedlin joins Real Salt Lake\n\nYedlin spoke to local media about the show after training on Thursday.\n\n“It’s fun filming,” he said. “Still got some more stuff to film, so part of that will be in Seattle. But (I’m) really excited for it to come out, excited for people to be able to kind of get a deeper look into who I am and who my family is, who my wife is.”\n\nYedlin commended the show’s “great camera crew,” but he said being followed around by cameras isn’t too different than his normal life.\n\nThis soccer phenom is ready to soar. Faith and family keep him grounded\n\n“I’ve never been shy about expressing who I am and same with my wife,” he said. “So, it’s pretty much the same way we live every day, just with a camera now in our faces. My kids are pretty excited about it. They’re excited to watch it and see it. I think people will enjoy it. I hope people enjoy it, and I hope it gives better insight into who we are as a family.”\n\nThe first episode introduces fans to the Yedlin family and features DeAndre Yedlin taking his family to a Salt Lake Bees game.\n\nReal Salt Lake returns to action July 15 to host EFL Championship club Burnley FC.",
