Original Call of Duty Black Ops and Black Ops 2 Heading to PlayStation

Treyarch and Iron Galaxy announce original Call of Duty Black Ops and Black Ops 2 official ports coming to modern PlayStation consoles for game preservation and multiplayer stability

Treyarch , the publishing studio from Activision, have now revealed that original Call of Duty Black Ops and Call of Duty Black Ops 2 will now receive official ports to the new PlayStation consoles. As can be seen on the official Treyarch social media channels, this has been a process they have worked on in conjunction with the technically talented porting developers Iron Galaxy. This release has an aim of July and represents a significant time for preservation of the first person shooter genre.
