Important updates

Let's get the most important updates covered first:

Fuma's long blond extensions are no more, which has sent at least 50% of the fandom into mourning. However, his hair is now silver grey, reminiscent of his War Cry era, so we're coping. In addition, Euijoo has lost the orange colour on his hair, but still continues to look a little like Ponyo even without it. K had a few blond streaks in his hair at Weverse Con, but we suspect they're extensions. And, most importantly, Yuma's hair is now long enough for him to wear it in a half-up ponytail.

WENO-ISM

The second most important update is a huge one. Our very own Taiwanese fashionista has launched his own clothing and accessories line! WENO-ISM was teased yesterday on social media, with a link to (what was then) an empty Instagram account "w_h_y_weno" and an artsy style video that featured two people, neither of whom were members of &Team. This morning, we got this...

It looks like Nicholas' WENO-ISM range will be going on sale in a pop-up in Tokyo, and then merch will be available on Weverse, including at the Blaze the Way concert stops from Hyogo onwards.

As the second &Team member to start their own Instagram account (after K's kkun.and account), we can only hope that the rest will follow...

&Team Soccer Club

We all love an &Team club skit, right? The first part of the latest one was released today, with the members as part of a soccer club led by captain K. These might not be official tie-ins to the Blue Lock live action movie (in which K plays the character Nagi), but there was still at least one reference to the manga!

We also got a special "focus cam" MV for Hotline, similar to the one we got from &Team Judo Club and Wonderful World last year.

Weverse Con

&Team appeared at Weverse Con on 7 June, performing We on Fire (Korean ver.), Lunatic, Hotline, Mismatch and Bewitched (Korean ver.). They also performed a cover of Rain's Love Song, wearing the outfits shown below. Hopefully we'll get an official release of the performance, which was amazing to watch!

Other new YouTube content

As part of their birthday celebrations last month, both Taki and Harua made gifts for LUNÉ; cakes from Taki and pens from Harua.

The behind the scenes video of the We On Fire dance practice, including the extremely funny version where they all switch parts, was also released.

Taki's MV

We had the music video for Taki's cover of Nekko released last week, but this week we got a bunch of photos from the set. You can see them all on Instagram, but this one is our favourite.

Weverse birthday merch

Birthday merch for Fuma (29 June), Jo (8 July) and Nicholas (9 July) is now available on the Weverse website. This year's theme is a pretty pastel coloured picnic, and for each member, there is a "birthday kit", which includes stickers and photocards, an acrylic standee, an eco bag, a t-shirt and a keyring.
