The title is “The Beersuki” (approximately “the beer-lovers”). “Yoidore” means “drunk”. And then, the inspirational inscription at the bottom: “Heroes who love alcohol. In order to protect world peace, he drinks alcohol every day and fights. Alcohol is a wonderful thing that brings smiles to people all over the world!”"
