Council keeps downtown roundabout, advances rehabilitation in 4-1 vote

The Stillwater City Council voted 4-1 Monday to keep the downtown roundabout at 10th Avenue and Main Street, rejecting a four-way stop conversion and directing staff to advance the rehabilitation plan and return with a formal budget request.
