All the Businesses are Dying! - A Walk through my Neighborhood

A Rant about greed and laziness. A terrible idea has ruined everything: The idea to 'get something for nothing'. More and more money is being made by simply sitting on real estate without making any investments into the buildings or the future. People will rather sit on their dilapidated properties and wait for a 'sucker' to come along. In many cases that sucker is everyone of us, because our cities and futures are being ruined through greed and the unwillingness to do real work or make real investments into the future of these buildings and the people who need them.
