Donald Trump’s approval ratings are lower than ever. Viktor Orbán just suffered a landslide defeat. Most Brits now think Brexit was a mistake. And most Europeans trust EU bureaucrats more than their elected governments.
So, it kind of looks like right-wing populism is collapsing, right? It seems that people are finally realizing that random tariff barrages won’t fix the American economy, and that populists may promise to drain the swamp but they really mean REPLACE the swamp, and that leaving the EU did not result in more money for healthcare. The populist surge in the West is over! The End.
