From an armored predator with huge venom-injecting jaws to a sticklike assassin with a flesh-melting bite, we're looking at venomous insect species that you probably didn't know existed, that might be hiding in your backyard right now! My name is Spencer Hoffman. I’m a biologist and filmmaker from North Carolina and my goal is to find the most extreme life forms in the world—from the strangest, to the deadliest— and capture the stories of how their insane lifestyles help them to survive on our Weird Planet.
