Trump is threatening to invade Greenland, Starmer is buying new nukes, and Macron has upped defence spending to 64 billion euros. But, it's not just a penchant for talking about military stuff which unites these leaders. They're also all deeply unpopular. So, are unpopular leaders more likely to start wars? And can it work to bringing them back from the brink?
