"textContent": "I’ve various text chains with friends sharing recipes. I’ve learned the hard way to not get too excited if something seems too easy at first blush. Due diligence is prudent. Check the sources, especially if it’s some hyper speed social media post. I’ve been burned before. It turned out tasty, with bright flavors and crisp textures. It felt like a healthy win! …until a few hours later when it inspired extended time in the bathroom. I’d totally make it again, but will triple wash every vegetable and use tofu. Thank you for visiting my food blog.",
