A stroll around Camp Washington

The day was gorgeous and I wanted to hit up the Sign Museum to check out the latest exhibit with sketches and paintings of sign concepts. Casey joined and we popped in Swell Art Cafe for lunch and will heartily recommend their tomato soup, “Sangwich” and “We Didn’t Start the Fire” from the deli. Extra appreciated the book selection and artwork by Terrence Hammonds and Chase Melendez. Took a stroll around Camp Washington starting at Wave Pool, wandered by a mural with the neighborhood flag, a workshop in session of shoemaking, the store where we used to get all our screen printing supplies (and advice), the old Crosley building and then some. By the time we got inside the sign museum I’d mucked with the settings on my camera and royally borked all those photos (though some snapsots from my phone are a’ight.)
