"textContent": "Instead of having back-to-back rhubarb days, I’m just going to throw everything here. North South Baking Co. in Covington (and various Farmer’s Markets) featured a Glazed Rhubarb Jam Cake for Mother’s Day. It was as tasty as it was pretty. Glazed Rhubarb Jam Cake from North South Baking Co. And North South was at the Northside Farmer’s Market and had their Rhubarb Cruffin (half croissant/half muffin) and yup — it was a gosh dang delight. Croissants, Cruffins and a Yeehaw from North South Baking Co. Oh, and last but not least… Servatii had an amazing strawberry rhubarb pie that leaned heavy into the rhubarb in the best of ways.
