[Introduction]

As mentioned in MC1280542, we have service maintenance planned for your Windows 365 account to improve the experience and performance in the recovery process during potential outages. Intermittent interruptions will occur for a portion of the maintenance period, starting on May 9, 2026. This will impact your ability to manage and use your Cloud PCs in Microsoft Intune admin center and Windows App on web.

Impact:

• During the drill, admins and end users may experience intermittent interruptions when performing actions on a Cloud PC in the Microsoft Intune admin center or Windows App on web.
• No impact is expected for users who are already connected to their Cloud PC.
• Users starting a new Cloud PC session from Windows App on web or may experience minimal delays.
• If you encounter an issue, please close your browser and try again after a few minutes.

• Please review the information provided and plan accordingly for this upcoming maintenance.
• Notify your admins and users that their ability to manage Cloud PCs in the Microsoft Intune admin center and Windows 365 web site may be affected during this time.
• This message is a notice that this change is in the next week. Maintenance will be planned outside of normal business hours, to help minimize any impact to your organization.
