MC1276513: Engage events: Broadcast, meetings, and custom events with moderated feed and anonymous posting on web and mobile

[Introduction]

We’re enhancing the Engage Events experience to provide a more comprehensive and interactive platform for organizational events. This update introduces Broadcast for large-scale produced events, Meetings-based Events , and new capabilities such as moderated feeds and anonymous posting on both web and mobile. Additionally, an Events Landing Page will offer a unified experience for attendees and organizers across all stages: Before , During , and After the event.

General Availability (Worldwide): Rollout will begin inlate April 2026 and is expected to complete by early May 2026.

  • Organizers can create Broadcast Events for large-scale, produced experiences.
  • Support for Meetings-based Events will be available.
  • Organizers can moderate posted questions and conversations during events.
  • Attendees can post questions anonymously via web and mobile.
  • A new Events Landing Page will provide a single location for event engagement before, during, and after the event.
  • No changes to existing workflows; these features will be enabled by default for Engage customers.

• Configure Engage Broadcast and Meetings within Engage.
• Review internal documentation and update helpdesk guidance if needed.
