This change simplifies how feedback is collected, aligns Search feedback with other Microsoft 365 products, and improves policy compliance across services.\n\n**[When this will happen]**\n\n_We apologize that this retirement was not communicated in advance, and we are continuing to improve our processes to provide more proactive communication._\n\nThis retirement has already been completed and is now fully in effect.\n\n**[How this affects your organization]**\n\n_Who is affected_\n\n  * All Microsoft 365 tenants that use Microsoft Search\n  * Users who submit Microsoft Search feedback\n  * Admins who review or analyze feedback\n\n\n\n _What will happen_\n\n  * Users:\n    * There was no change to Microsoft Search functionality.\n    * The feedback workflow was simplified.\n    * Previously, users selected from multiple detailed feedback categories.\n    * Users now submit feedback using a thumbs up or thumbs down interaction that collects product level feedback only.\n  * Admins:\n    * Search feedback now appears in the _Microsoft 365 admin center (MAC)_ under **_Product feedback_** with filtering available using **_Product = Search_**.\n    * Feedback management now aligns with the Cloud Policy Service for Microsoft 365, which improves consistency and policy enforcement.\n    * No admin action was required.
