Ready to print mould for pen turning, Resin cast is 25x25x150 ideal for larger pens Cast with your preferred resin, You can cast the different sections with a different colour with carful use of a syringe, Drill fast with a sharp bit and clear out regular, If printed in PLA try to not let it heat up too much, You can cut the external "mould" off prior to turning but PLA turns off easy enough, Turn as usual with resin, I prefer to fast - wet sand resin but again, if printed in PLA try not to let sanding warm up to much, Take time around the 600/800 grit range before going higher for a nice finish on the PLA Since they are single use feel free to print as many as you with but i would prefer if you didnt share or edit the file (although feel free to contact for custom designs) Feel free to sell your finished pens and post photos, Would massively appreciate if you could link to the model on social media sites.
