Presented to you is a road wheel for the T-34 tank, manufactured by Uralvagonzavod (UVZ) in the summer and fall of 1944. These road wheels lacked the tread pattern of the rubber tires, but retained 40 round holes in the rubber for cooling (instead of 42 on previous types of road wheels). They were developed specifically for the T-34 models by Zvezda (sets #3686, 3535, 3563) and SU self-propelled artillery units (sets #3690, 3688, 3691). The 3D model of the road wheel is based on measurements of actual road wheels stored on tanks in museums.
