Zagreus' Stygian Blade (LED Design) STL Files | Life Sized | High Detail
In the name of Hades, Olympus, I accept this message!
My Stygius model stays true to the in-game design, but has increased detail, turning the wonderful 2D art of Hades into a stunning 3D replica that's perfect for cosplay or display. The sword uses an 1/4" (6mm) metal rod as it's structural core, along with 2 1/4" (6mm) wooden dowels for extra structural support of the blade, making it a rigid prop that feels great in the hand.
My Stygius is designed so that the eyes of the skull guard and the symbols on the face of the blade can be illuminated by internal LEDs, although you can also build the sword without adding LEDs if desired. A full build guide .PDF is included showing how to assemble Stygius, with pictures, a bill of materials, and coding instructions!
My Stygius model is 46.4" in total length (1.18 m), and STL files for a wall mount are included for display!
The sword STL files are cut into multiple parts that will fit on any printer with a print volume of 250 x 250 x 250mm, but I've also included full, some uncut parts, so you can bisect them how you like within your slicer software. There will also be a separate folder for parts which I have modeled in support, so you can use those or use the regular parts with generated supports from your slicer software.
In this pack, you will receive 2 zipped folders including:
- Stygian Blade STL Files
- Stygian Blade Pre-supported Parts, Wall Mount STL Files & Build Guide .PDF
To assemble Stygius, you will also need:
- (x1) 1/4" x 43.5"Aluminum or Steel Rod (6mm x 110.5 cm)

- Various Electronics and small components that are listed (with links) in the included build guide
