CFMOTO CForce 450/520 - Front Bullbar Ornament (Left & Right)

A faithful 1:1 3D-scanned reproduction of the plastic ornaments for the front bullbar on CFMOTO CForce 450/520 ATVs. These small plastic caps are frequently lost or damaged during off-road rides. This model allows you to 3D print a precise, cost-effective replacement instead of having to buy an entirely new bullbar assembly. Printing Recommendations: To ensure your part can withstand harsh outdoor conditions (mud, UV exposure, and vibrations), I highly recommend the following settings: Material: PET-G is highly recommended for its durability and better thermal resistance compared to PLA. If you have an enclosed printer, ASA or ABS are also excellent choices for UV resistance. Supports: The model requires supports for the bolt hole area. Configure your slicer settings to ensure easy removal while maintaining surface quality for the "cap" area. Infill: Use at least 30-40% infill (Gyroid or Cubic patterns are best for structural integrity). Perimeters (Walls): Use at least 4-5 perimeters to ensure the part is robust enough to handle the tightening of the mounting bolt. Finishing: After printing, a light sanding followed by a coat of matte black spray paint is recommended to achieve the original OEM look and provide extra protection against the elements.
