I don't have access to 3+3 key so the design needs to be tested for placement of side buttons.

Assembly video (ran out of black):

What I do in the video:
-put on the bottom part by sliding in the hook first
-chip the side button so it can move inside a bit (it shouldn't have stuck on one side but printed version was stuck a little bit).
-put the PCB in by sliding the side button first, then gently pushing the other sides and put on the bottom part (again hook first)
-checking if the buttons get pressed if I press other areas (if it still does for some reason you can press the buttons from inside out to bend them out a little bit and PCB buttons would get a little bit far from the shell buttons)
This version is without Text/Figure if you want this text and figure included version check my models under this profile.
I have made a smaller and minimalistic shell design for replacing the huge egg key fob of Hyundai and wait-for-it it also contains the mechanical key. You need to take the PCB (electronics) inside the original key fob and put it in this shell.
CAUTION: YOU MAY BRAKE CRACK OR CHIP SOMETHING
Print in photos:
-3D Printer: Creality K2 Plus with Carbon Fiber patterned plate.
-Filament: White and black Creality Hyper PLA
What is ready:
2025-08-24: 3+1 Key Fob version with surface buttons.
2025-08-30: Redesigned almost everything. PCB should fit in easier now. 3+3 Key PCB should fit inside now but only one side button would work for now. More side keys will be functional soon. I removed the other older version with the text/figure and put the text/figure STL here so anyone would place it themselves for multi-color print.
Work in progress:
Fusing Top and Middle layer (Done)
4+3 Key Fob version with surface buttons.
3+3 Key Fob version with surface buttons.
