Odalin: Dungeons of Doom All-In Insert & Gameplay Organizer | Unofficial
The dungeon changes.
Your party changes with it.
New equipment. New villains. New demons. New rooms. The next chapter of the campaign.
Static storage slowly breaks apart under that pressure.
This system adapts instead.
Villains reorganize around encounter flow. Characters preserve campaign state. Inactive content leaves the active table space. The storage evolves alongside the game.

Designed Around the Game
Odalin continuously changes state.
Characters level. Equipment rotates. Demons evolve. Villains escalate. Entire chapters move into long-term storage as the campaign progresses.
I designed this insert around those transitions instead of treating the game like static storage.
Active characters remain immediately accessible through dedicated player boxes containing:
- current decks
- upgrades
- tokens
- demon systems
- progression materials
Inactive campaign content moves into secondary storage layers until the campaign requires it again.
Villain trays follow gameplay sequencing rather than miniature type or card category. Encounter modules combine miniatures, initiative systems, action cards, and higher-health variants into unified gameplay groups.
The goal is not maximum compression.
The goal is uninterrupted campaign flow.

Engineering & Fabrication
This design pushes closer to engineering tolerances than most traditional board game inserts.
The modular villain rail system intentionally prints unsupported curved and hexagonal retention geometry directly in the air without support material. Proper printer calibration matters.
Because extrusion width, flow rate, filament tuning, and nozzle size can alter rail spacing tolerances, this release includes tray sizing calibration files before committing to large tray print runs.
Please print the tray sizer first.
Alternative rail spacing variants are included for users running:
- high-flow nozzles
- larger nozzle diameters
- aggressive extrusion profiles
- heavily over-extruding filament presets
The villain tray system intentionally supports recombination as the campaign evolves, allowing active encounters to remain immediately accessible while inactive enemies move out of the active table space.
Every tray includes:
- version identifiers
- placement indexing
- bottom-side labeling
- box location indicators
The indexing system intentionally reduces teardown ambiguity for large campaign states with high tray counts.
Map tiles store vertically to reduce retrieval friction during setup and room transitions.
All trays are oriented for direct printing without rotation assumptions.

About Sleeved Cards
Odalin includes sleeves for many standard-sized player and demon cards.
Those standard-sized cards are designed primarily around unsleeved long-term storage, while active gameplay cards support either standard (60 micron) or premium (100 micron) sleeves during play.
Equipment and consumable systems only require active chapter storage during gameplay, allowing sleeved active use while maintaining long-term campaign organization.
Mystery box content was designed around active-use sleeving during gameplay progression. Some mystery content may require returning cards to long-term unsleeved storage depending on individual card combinations.
