"textContent": "## Please Note\n\n- This is the **XXL version**, which is **65 mm taller** than the standard version.\n- The rear drawer isn’t just larger — it’s also much deeper, allowing it to hold even more waste.\n\nIf you do a lot of **multicolor printing**, the XXL version is the perfect choice. \nIf you mainly print in single colors and don’t have many color changes, then the standard version for the **K2 Pro** is the better option.\n\n---\n\n## About the Design\n\nWe all know that when changing filaments, the leftover filament falls out of the back of the printer. There are already a few solutions for this — but I wanted more.\n\nMy goals were:\n\n- Additional storage space for customizable tool organization\n- A cleaner way to collect filament waste behind the printer\n- Avoid unreliable filament chutes that often don’t work well\n- A design that visually matches the **K2 Pro** printer housing\n\n---\n\n## Drawer Options\n\nThere are **two options** for the front drawers:\n\n1. A version with large open storage space\n2. A divided version with matching inserts\n\nNo matter which version you choose, you’ll have plenty of room for:\n\n- Tools\n- Accessories\n- Spare parts\n\nEverything fits neatly underneath your printer, saving space and keeping your setup organized.\n\n---\n\n## Assembly Instructions\n\n1. Print all parts using your **K2 Pro** for best performance.\n2. Glue the connector onto both sides of the rear waste section.\n3. Insert and glue two connectors on the left and right sides.\n4. Glue the center cross into the provided grooves, along with the half-crosses on the front and back.\n5. Once everything is firmly connected:\n - Turn the assembly over\n - Glue the feet into the four holes\n - Attach 40 mm rubber buffers\n6. Prepare the waste channel and glue it together with the clamp.\n7. Attach the waste channel to the back of your printer using:\n - Double-sided tape, or\n - Magnet clips \n *(diameter: 10 mm × min. 2.6 mm or max. 6 mm height)*\n8. Fill the drawers with inserts as desired.\n9. Put everything in place and position your printer on top of the base.\n10. Insert the included build plate holders into the sides to store build plates upright.\n - Left and right versions are included.\n11. Add your tools and accessories.\n\n**Done!**\n\n---\n\n## Included Extras\n\n- Build plate holders for vertical storage\n- Left and right holder variants\n- Optional magnetic waste chute mounting system\n\n---\n\n## Recommended Shaft Holder\n\n- Clips are available to secure the waste chute using small round magnets:\n - `2x (10 × 2.6 mm)` magnets, or\n - `10 × 6 mm` magnets\n\n---\n\n## Feedback\n\nIf you liked this base, please leave a like or comment. Thank you!",
