This interceptor-style UAV is engineered for high-speed forward flight, rapid acceleration, and efficient composite 3D printing. The design focuses on a strong yet lightweight structure, making it suitable for aggressive flight profiles and long-range experimentation. It has a 20 km range and can reach an altitude of 7000m. The airframe uses PETG-CF / ASA-CF for improved rigidity, heat resistance, and durability compared to standard materials. Internal volume is intentionally maximized for flexible payload and battery configurations. 🧰 You Will Need 🖨 Printer & Materials BambuLab X1 Carbon (or equivalent high-precision printer) PETG-CF / ASA-CF (recommended for final build) PLA-CF (optional for prototyping) If parts dont fit on bed, cut them in slicer and print. ⚙️ Electronics (Recommended Setup) Motor: BrotherHobby Tornado T5 3115 900KV (or similar high-torque equivalent) Prop: 7-inch class. i used 7x15 Stack: 50–60A FC + ESC (F7 class recommended) Receiver: Matek ELRS 2.4GHz FPV Camera: Caddx Ratel Pro or similar VTX: 5.8GHz or 1.2GHz system Antenna: Matching frequency high-gain antenna Battery: Up to 6S 10,000mAh LiPo / LiHV Wiring & Connectors: As required Telemetry/Comms: Optional long-range system (Hermes or similar) ⚖️ Battery & Payload Configuration Designed to fit up to 6S 10,000mAh battery Use foam padding to eliminate play and secure the battery firmly Nose and internal cavities can be used for payloads (electronics, sensors, etc.) Maintain forward-biased weight distribution for stable flight
