Thursday Mt Hood snow forecast & Gorge wind n’ weather: finally some real winter in the forecast!
Mt. Hood Snow and Gorge Wind Forecast [Unofficial]
February 12, 2026
Hey skiers and snowboarders! Timberline, Meadows, and Teacup are still holding it together, and there's good news in the forecast, even for lower-elevation Skibowl. Cool, dry weather sticks around for a couple more days, and then we fall into a cooler period of light (maybe more?) snowfall that continues on and off through much of next week. At the end of next week, models insist on a big pattern change to colder, much wetter weather that should give a decent boost to the snowpack. Through the middle of next week, we're expecting a total of 10-18” of new snow. Through the 27th of February, that jumps to 53.4” to 72.6” for the intraquartile range with 5-8” snow water equivalent. Yay!
