"textContent": "Way back in 2019, we put Penelope Isles, the Brighton-based indie rock duo of Lily and Jack Wolter, on our list of the year's best new bands. Penelope Isles released their sophomore album _Which Way To Happy_ in 2021, and then the Wolters went off and did other things. Lily spent an extended sojourn surfing in Sri Lanka and Indonesia, while Jack toured as CMAT's guitarist. Also, both of them put out their own solo music — Lily as My Precious Bunny, Jack as Cubzoa.
