Lily Allen returned last fall with her first album in seven years, a Lemonade -esque concept album about the collapse of her marriage called West End Girls. Now she's played her first concert in seven years too, assuming you don't count promotional appearances like her December SNL appearance and January's Chateau Marmont pop-up as concerts (and we don't).
