Families outraged after dead loved ones in Los Angeles received primary election ballots

Ballots are still landing in mailboxes for Californians who died years ago, and outraged Los Angeles families say repeated calls, official paperwork and even death certificates have failed to get their loved ones removed from the voter rolls.
