Irate Domino’s delivery driver runs over ‘f–king rude’ customer who stiffed him on a tip: cops

The irate pizza courier was captured on surveillance video blasting the victim and a witness for being "f—king rude" after they dodged the gratuity, causing tempers to flare, police said.
