Russian blogger Ilya Remeslo who criticized Putin has been put in psychiatric facility

Ilya Remeslo said Vladimir Putin had prosecuted a "failing war" in Ukraine that had killed millions and torpedoed Russia's economy to the detriment of its citizens' well-being.
