First victim of Austin mass shooting identified as Texas Tech student

Ryder Harrington, who attended Texas Tech University, was described by friends as a "beloved son, brother, and friend" on a GoFundMe page set up in his memory by his fraternity, in which he was a member of the Fall 2024 pledge class.
