Homeless brute who stole woman’s cane a sex offender from Wisconsin: Judge

The homeless brute who stole an 88-year-old lady’s cane outside a Target in Union Square this week – and also tried to flee with her purse causing her to fall – is a registered sex offender from Wisconsin and has violated parole in the city, officials said in Manhattan Criminal Court.
