Florida woman loses power of speech as she's perp-walked over claims she let her pit bulls maul woman to death, then faked heart attack as she was arrested

Linda Cutler, 29, was arrested and charged with manslaughter last Wednesday in connection to the death of Jodi Cowan. The 50-year-old died after being mauled by Cutler's pit bulls.
