NYC dad files $50 million lawsuit against ACS, Meta after teen’s fatal stabbing

Emery Mizell, 17, was fatally stabbed in the chest as she walked home from school in Soundview allegedly by an unhinged youngster, her dad Tony Mizell alleged in his Bronx Supreme Court case against Instagram-maker Meta Platforms, the city Administration for Children's Services and others.
