Tragedy as grandmother dies inside her New York apartment during housefire because she couldn't escape in her wheelchair

Ana Serrano, 80, of New York City, was with one of her sons when a fire tore through the second floor of her apartment building, trapping her inside as she was unable to escape in her wheelchair.
